Every session is personalised, but the flow usually follows a gentle structure that helps your mind settle and engage with the therapeutic work.

1. A relaxed chat

We begin with a simple conversation about how you’re feeling, what’s been happening recently, and what you’d like support with. This helps you feel at ease and gives me a clear understanding of what you need from the session.

2. Exploring the issue

We look at the thoughts, emotions or patterns that are showing up. This might involve talking through triggers, habits, physical sensations or situations that feel difficult. There’s no pressure — just curiosity, compassion and clarity.

3. Choosing the right techniques

Based on what you need, I’ll choose the most helpful approach for that session. This may include hypnosis, relaxation, visualisation, parts work, EFT, NLP, inner child work, EMD or other supportive techniques. Everything is tailored to you.

4. Guided hypnosis or therapeutic work

You’re guided into a calm, focused state where your mind becomes more open to positive change. You remain aware, in control and able to stop at any time. This is where the deeper work happens — releasing old patterns, calming the nervous system, and strengthening new responses.

5. Gentle return to full awareness

You’re brought back to your normal waking state feeling relaxed, grounded and clear. Most people describe this part as feeling refreshed and lighter.

6. Reflection and next steps

We talk briefly about how you feel, what shifted, and any simple tools you can use between sessions. This helps the change continue outside the therapy.
